Supply of equipment in the PLATON project
Supply of equipment in the PLATON project
Poznan Supercomputing and Networking Center began the supply of equipment for the PLATON project. As a result of two tenders, the infrastructure for Campus services and Archiving Services has been chosen.
The Campus services were provided with local clusters and their components including: servers, switches, wiring, ICT equipment cabinets and software. The installation, launching and instruction will be carried out.

The infrastructure for Archiving services will be extended to backup servers and backup, archiving, HSM software, SAN infrastructure, disk arrays and tape libraries, cabinets of ICT equipment.
