Supercomputing 2010: The Future of Discovery
"The Future of Discovery" is the slogan of this year's Supercomputing Conference which takes place from 13th to 19th November in New Orleans in the United States. It is the world's largest HPC environments meeting which will be held for the 23rd time. Polish achievements in this field, for the fifth time, will be presented by the Poznañ Supercomputing and Networking Center and PIONIER Consortium.
This year's conference will focus on three key areas: climate simulation, heterogeneous networks and intensive data processing. Scientists and researchers from around the world will have the opportunity to present a number of recent applications connected with related fields.

Also the Polish delegation composed of representatives of the Poznañ Supercomputing and Networking Center and PIONIER Consortium will present its achivements. They will be presenting Platform for e-Science – PLATON, achivements in the field of Green IT and high-definition television.
