Once again, we invite you to participate in promotion workshops of PLATON project’s Archiving services, under the title “Practical archiving aspects and data protection”, which will be held in seven major Polish cities. You can already register for each event.
As in the previous edition, the workshop will be divided into two blocks; introduction and use of Archiving services.

During the meetings, you will learn: who can benefit from services, what are the terms and conditions of use, how to sign up and how to store and recover data using a client for Windows and Linux.

The workshop is open to scientific and educational institutions, universities, research institutes, scientific digital libraries and library associations, employees of universities, scientists, researchers and students, participants in research and scientific projects, as well as users of grid systems.

The first meeting will be held in Poznan 14th  March 2012, the last meeting is scheduled for 19th April in Zielona Gora.
