• Effective coordination of the project in terms of organization and finances - as a result training staff who will take office in the future of the cluster.
• Diagnosis of the development of cluster’s research potential through the creation of a database of ongoing and planned innovative projects, identification of trends and possible areas for cooperation of science and business for joint research and development projects.
• Developing a cluster map of competencies by drawing up a regional portfolio of ICT companies, the SWOT analysis for the cluster.
• Creating a path of commercialization of new technologies developed under the cluster through a diagnosis of technologies needed by ICT companies interested in new solutions and developing principles of protection of intellectual property.
• Promotion of the cluster and the results of the project through among others, brand development and the launch of the cluster’s portal.

The main expected result of the project is to create an effective platform for integration of ICT sector in Wielkopolska region within the framework of joint research projects and using these results and promoting Polish and European ICT solutions.
