Content Delivery System (SDT) developed in PSNC provides management and distribution functionality of access to high quality digital content for a large number of recipients. It was built in a hierarchical, two-level structure based on the Regional Data Centers, as the first level of distribution and proxy/cache devices located near the end users, to ensure high quality access to content. With scalable architecture, it is possible to increase the efficiency of the system and its development in accordance with the demand, while ensuring high reliability and quality of service. In addition, the iTVP platform includes systems that enable the creation and management of the issue of virtual “live” channels, which adapt programs can be created on the basis of media assets stored in the repository content and “live”communications from the coding system which merged with emission lines of individual TVP antennas. This system also allows acquisition and processing of broadcast for the repository and subsequent use. The issue server was implemented in a clustered configuration for high application availability and application migration processes in the cluster have been fully automated.

Advertisements issue system is another element of iTVP platform, which provides the possibility of implementing audiovisual advertising campaigns, based on the presentation of ads scenarios and mechanisms of creating a personalized advertising message based on the characteristics of the recipient, the time of issue and the kind of content. It is equipped with reporting mechanisms of the implementation of the campaigns and control of their intensity. Repertoire Analysis System implements the functionality of the reporting of audience, providing the tools to analyze the content and use their popularity. Thereby enables the creation and management of journals according to the needs of its customers.
