The Government has announced that by the end of 2013 there will be Internet connection available in every Polish house. This would be allowed thanks to existing fiber networks owned by different organizations, including Consortium Pionier - informs Polish daily newspaper, Gazeta Wyborcza.

Representatives of the world's leader in the field of network systems, data centers and voice technology visited the Poznań Supercomputing and Networking Center in search of new areas of cooperation. Members of the Cisco Systems delegation visited the 4K high-definition television Laboratory in the building of Westpoint, supercomputing room, network room and management center.
