The Wielkopolska Center of Telemedicine project will build an ICT infrastructure to enable several telemedical services. These services will allow the specialists of the clinical departments of Poznan University of Medical Sciences to share their know-how with other healthcare professionals in the region. The project aims to enable the following telemedical services for use by the Wielkopolska healthcare:
- medical teleconsultations
- medical teleeducation
- clinical decision support
- medical statistics
The pilot medical domain for which the infrastructure of the Wielkopolska Center of Telemedicine will be enabled is trauma / surgery.
Project budget: 2,440 mln €.
EEA Financial Mechanism grant: 2,074 mln €.
